Evestus just made it into the 18 out of 52 bands who applied to take part in the fight for a spot at TUSKA OPEN AIR in Helsinki! That is a MONSTER of a festival and playing on the worst stage at the worst time at TUSKA is worth more than giving 10 shows in clubs all around Finland! But it’s still a metal festival and Evestus is .. well.. something else. ANYWAY – doesn’t matter what our sound or style is called or not – we’re still playing at the first semifinal show in VILJANDI at the 10th of MAY! Hell yeah – our first show in Viljandi so we have no idea what to expect, except that it’s going to be one brutal fucking night because we’ll be clashing decibels with some of the fiercest metal made in Estonia – Necro Strike, Catafalc, Wyrm Sub Terra, Emerald and Urt. That is some pretty mean competition.. What can I say – It’s fucking ON!

Evestus entered the Eesti Top 7 Music Video Chart last week with the new music video “Voices”(watch here) and nailed the #1 spot this week due to public voting, living up to the success of the previous video “Sleep Forever” that landed on #1 during its first week in November 6th last year!
